LA Times reporter Ann Powers was given a very dubious interview with the reclusive artist Prince recently. The soft-spoken celebrity and artist once referred to by only a trademarked symbol commented on a number of things but one of his most profound comments had to do with his religion and politics. He professed that the reason he did not vote in the 2008 presidential election was because of his religion as a Jehovah Witness. "I didn't vote for Obama either," he explained. "Jehovah's Witnesses haven't voted for their whole inception." (LAT)
